Our Neighbourhood

One of Cape Town’s oldest and most vibrant neighbourhoods, Woodstock is renowned for its sense of community and colourful markets. A hub of creative inspiration, tantalising meals, antique furniture or unique pieces of vintage clothing, the markets in Woodstock are sure to cater to your needs.

WOODSTOCK, CAPE TOWN

Woodstock generates a diverse and creative buzz of energy.  A hub for students in the creative fields.  Woodstock is home too many private higher education institutions.  DAF often collaborates and engages with institutions, Cape Audio College, Ruth Prowse, BHC School of Design and The Animation School.  We all call this wonderful suburb of ours, home.

To give you a sense of our neighbourhood, what better way than through the eyes of our students.  A collaborative effort from DAF and the schools mentioned above.  The students combined their talents to create a short film on why they love Woodstock.

Woodstock is an ever-evolving suburb offering trendy cafe’s, edgy eateries and art galleries that occupy old, refurbished factories.
